1. Definitions
- “User”, “You”, or “Your” means any natural or legal person who accesses the Website or avails the Services.
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” means Sachin Gadekar Advisory LLP, operating under the brand name “Startup and All”.
- “Services” means the legal-tech facilitation, registration, filing, compliance, and administrative support services offered through the Website.
2. Nature of Our Services — Important Disclaimer
Startup and All is a private legal-tech and business facilitation platform. It is NOT itself a law firm, chartered accountancy firm, company secretary firm or trademark agent, and it is not a representative of any Government authority. Through the Website we describe and offer administrative, documentation, coordination and filing-facilitation services, together with their fees. Where a task is reserved by law for a regulated professional — such as audits, certifications and attestations (including generation of UDIN), statutory representation, or appearing before an authority — that part of the work is performed by an independent, duly qualified professional (such as a practising Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, advocate or registered agent) engaged for your matter, who is solely responsible for that professional work.
- The content on the Website is for general informational purposes only and does NOT constitute legal, tax, accounting, secretarial, or professional advice.
- Registrations, approvals, and certificates are issued solely by the respective Government authorities and are subject to their discretion.
- Where statutory representation is required, services are performed only by independent, duly qualified professionals appointed separately in accordance with applicable law.
- We give no assurance or guarantee regarding timelines, approvals, or registrations, which depend on Government authorities and factors beyond our control.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
4. Account Registration
You may browse the Website without registering. To avail certain Services, you may be required to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Fees, Charges, and Payments
- Our Services are not free; charges depend on the plan or service you choose. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST.
- Fees are typically split into professional/service fees (payable to us) and Government/statutory fees (payable to authorities on your behalf).
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to such gateways.
- We reserve the right to revise our fee policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website and become effective immediately upon posting. For current pricing, refer to the pricing page on the Website or your service proposal.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including those of India, in connection with your use of the Services and the documents you submit.
7. Service Delivery and Client Cooperation
Timely delivery of Services depends on your prompt provision of accurate information, documents, and approvals, and on the processing timelines of Government authorities. Delays caused by incomplete documentation, non-responsiveness, or authority backlogs are beyond our control.
