What is CA-Certified Document (UDIN by Certifying CA)?
Need a document certified by a Chartered Accountant — such as a turnover, net-worth or fund-utilisation certificate? We coordinate the engagement with an independent practising CA, who reviews your records, issues the certificate and generates its UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) on the ICAI portal, where applicable. A UDIN can only be generated by the certifying CA, for a document that CA has certified.
Who performs this work: Where the law requires a practising Chartered Accountant — to audit, certify or attest — that work is performed and signed by an independent practising CA engaged for your matter, who also generates the UDIN where applicable.
